For over ten years, Forbes has compiled its “Under 30” lists. This internationally recognised platform celebrates young leaders making a significant impact on the world. For the second time, this initiative is being launched in Luxembourg to spotlight the most promising young leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes and creatives under 30. Forbes Luxembourg, in partnership with BGL BNP PARIBAS Banque Privée, invited you to mark your calendars for an unprecedented gathering on 27 November 2025. The inaugural Forbes Under 30 – Luxembourg 2025 x BGL BNP PARIBAS Banque Privée shone a spotlight on the Grand Duchy’s most influential entrepreneurs, innovators and creative minds under the age of 30. On 27 November 2025, Forbes Luxembourg hosted the Under 30 in Luxembourg. More than just a conference, it offered an immersive experience featuring renowned speakers, exclusive networking opportunities, an awards ceremony, and an evening reception.

The jury is composed of the Forbes Luxembourg editorial team and chaired by Jessica Bauldry, editor-in-chief of Forbes Luxembourg who evaluate applications using strict criteria: scale, impact, innovation and potential for success.
