FORBES OVER 50 – LUXEMBOURG 2026

Forbes Over 50 Women celebrates women over 50 whose leadership, achievements and influence continue to shape the economy and society. Through this internationally recognised platform, Forbes Luxembourg highlights accomplished women whose impact extends across business, public life, culture, innovation and the wider community.

With Forbes Over 50 – Luxembourg 2026, this initiative comes to Luxembourg to honour women whose careers, vision and commitment have made a lasting difference in the Grand Duchy and beyond. These women not only stand out in their respective fields, but also inspire future generations through their experience, resilience, and ability to reinvent, lead and contribute.

For this first Luxembourg edition, 15 laureates have been selected across 15 categories, with one laureate chosen in each category:Digital Economy · Finance · Corporate Leadership · Public Leadership · Insurance · Space · Legal · Industry · Transport · Architecture · Institution · Science · Hospitality · Entertainment · Sport

The Forbes Luxembourg No. 10 – Summer 2026 edition, featuring the 15 laureates, will be published on 26 June 2026.

THE JURY

The jury is composed of the Forbes Luxembourg and Forbes Belgium editorial teams. They evaluate nominations according to rigorous editorial criteria, including current impact, measurable achievements, leadership, influence, and contribution to Luxembourg’s economic and social ecosystem. This ensures a credible, demanding and representative selection process.

The selection process was led by a jury co-chaired by Joan Condijts, Editorial Director of Forbes Belux, and Natalie Gerhardstein, Luxembourg-based independent journalist, editor and regular Forbes Luxembourg contributor.

The nominations were reviewed according to rigorous editorial criteria, including current impact, measurable achievements, reinvention after 50, international influence, ecosystem contribution and integrity.

About this year's edition

To mark this publication, Forbes Luxembourg organised an exclusive Forbes Over 50 – Luxembourg 2026 evening, by invitation only, on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, in the fully privatised Louis Vuitton flagship store in Luxembourg City.

She manages the critical portfolios of national security, defense frameworks, and cross-border mobility networks.

Marie-Hélène Massard, CEO of Foyer Group, 53

She commands the operational leadership of one of the country’s leading domestic insurance and wealth management powerhouses.

As a leading aerospace architect, she spearheads the rollout of the global meoSphere satellite constellation program.

Manou Hoss, Managing Partner at Elvinger Hoss, 61

Marie-Christine Mariani, CEO of MCM Steel, 55

An industrial pioneer, she drives the adoption of green steel and supply-chain decarbonisation across the region.

Charlotte Pedersen, Independent Board Director, 55

A top-tier corporate governance expert, she shapes the strategic future of European aviation and logistics at the board level.

Tatiana Fabeck, Star Architect, Founder of Fabeck Architectes, 55
