Ten years ago, three siblings turned their shared passion for cars into what would become one of Europe’s most exclusive luxury automotive brands. Today, ProCar Lease is not just selling cars, it’s transforming Luxembourg into a magnet for the continent’s elite collectors and celebrities.
Founded by brothers Salah and Ahmed, and their sister Malya Zaim, the company has grown from a small family operation into a trusted hub for 1-of-1 hypercars, bespoke vehicles so rare that they sometimes reach values of €7m and beyond.
“Everything we do is built on trust. Our clients know who we are, and they know we’ve been here for a long time. That’s what makes the difference,” said Ahmed Zaim.

The story of ProCar Lease began humbly. Salah, a former footballer in France, first entered the automotive world through a local dealership. His natural talent for connecting with clients, combined with a lifelong love of cars, soon turned into something bigger.
Ahmed joined with a background in business, and later, Malya brought her expertise in communications and luxury hospitality after years at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes. Together, they created a company that blends precision, discretion, and personality, values that have become the foundation of ProCar Lease’s success. “We complement each other. Everyone has their strengths, one focuses on operations, another on client relations, another on brand image. That balance is what keeps us strong,” said Malya.
Cars Worth Millions, Stories Worth More
ProCar Lease specialises in one-of-one supercars, unique creations designed for the world’s most discerning drivers and collectors. Their portfolio includes names like Maybach Virgil Abloh, Porsche Spirit, and the Ferrari SP3. “These cars are not just machines, they’re investments. They carry stories, craftsmanship, and emotion. Most of our sales are off-market, private deals between collectors and investors. You won’t find them online,” said Ahmed.
This exclusivity is precisely what draws Europe’s top clientele to Luxembourg, from professional footballers and film stars to royal family members and business magnates.

ProCar Lease’s client list reads like a who’s who of European stardom. Many of these relationships trace back to Malya’s Cannes connections as the communications manager for a large luxury chain of hotels, and Ahmed’s involvement in international football business ventures. “When celebrities share our cars on social media, of course it gives visibility, but more importantly, it reinforces the message: that we are trusted. They come to us not just for a car, but for confidence and confidentiality,” said Malya.
This reputation has also given ProCar Lease an international footprint. Clients now come from France, Germany, the Middle East, and beyond, often flying into Luxembourg specifically to finalise off-market transactions.
The New Luxury Buyer: Customisation, Not Just Speed
The pandemic years brought a shift in luxury car trends. “After COVID, people were spending more than ever, clients were paying above listed prices. They wanted to enjoy life, to own something unique,” said Ahmed. Today, the trend has evolved further: personalisation is key.
Buyers are demanding custom interiors, exclusive colourways, and tailored finishes, anything that sets their vehicle apart. “People want a car that no one else in the neighbourhood has, it’s not just about horsepower anymore, it’s about identity,” said Ahmed.
Luxembourg’s small size belies its powerful appeal. With no CO₂ tax on vehicles, unlike neighbouring France or Belgium, it has quietly become one of Europe’s most attractive places to buy and register high-end cars. “In France, taxes can double the price of a sports car. Here, you pay your vignette, about €400 a year, and that’s it. It makes Luxembourg a natural destination for collectors,” said Ahmed.

Beyond its fiscal advantages, Luxembourg’s image of stability, discretion, and integrity mirrors ProCar Lease’s own values. “The country’s reputation helps ours, it tells clients they’re dealing with something solid,” said Ahmed.
Family Values Meet European Ambition
Running a luxury business as a family comes with challenges, but also strength. “We don’t just share an office; we share values, we trust each other completely, and our clients can feel that,” said Malya. That bond, rooted in loyalty and shared purpose, resonates with Luxembourg’s own culture of family tradition and trust.
“Luxembourgish people understand family business, it’s part of why we have succeeded in Luxembourg, as our values align,” said Ahmed.
With growing partnerships in football, motorsport, and entertainment, the future of ProCar Lease looks as sleek as the cars it sells. They are in line for upcoming collaborations in the Middle East, while they are focusing on expanding brand storytelling and digital presence, without ever compromising the exclusivity that made the company famous.
“Everything we do is about excellence, it’s not about being the biggest, it’s about being the best, and being trusted,” said Malya.
In a world where luxury often fades fast, ProCar Lease has built something ever lasting: a legacy of family, craftsmanship, and quiet prestige. And in the heart of Luxembourg, that legacy continues to accelerate.
