Value Partners, the Luxembourg-based professional fund services specialist is set to become part of Walkers’ expanding international platform, connecting the firm’s 150 professionals to a network spanning ten leading alternative funds markets.
The firm has entered into an agreement to join Walkers Professional Services Group (WPS), the provider of corporate, governance, regulatory compliance and fiduciary services. Completion remains subject to customary regulatory approvals, with the relevant notification processes currently underway.
Founded in 2012, Value Partners has built a solid reputation as a trusted adviser to private equity, real estate and private credit funds, as well as to banks and multinational corporates. The firm has grown by roughly 30% each year, serving clients across both local and international markets.

Following completion, Value Partners will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership, preserving the local expertise and client-centric approach that have underpinned its growth to date. The combination will give the firm access to Walkers’ broader international footprint, spanning major financial centres including London, Ireland, the Cayman Islands, the BVI, Bermuda, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore. Together, Value Partners and WPS will count more than 560 colleagues across ten leading alternative funds markets, including Cayman Islands, London and Ireland alongside Luxembourg.
“Joining Walkers Professional Services and Walkers is a strategic milestone for Value Partners after 14 years of very strong growth in Luxembourg,” commented Gregory Centurione, CEO of Value Partners. “This next chapter will give us the opportunity to benefit from a professional international platform and strengthen our position in the alternative fund industry while reinforcing our DNA as a quality-driven and people-centric organisation.”
Steven Manning, CEO of Walkers Professional Services, added that clients had been clear in their wish to see WPS established alongside them in Luxembourg, describing the acquisition as “a landmark moment for WPS” and a strong foundation for future growth in the Grand Duchy.
The agreement reflects the ongoing consolidation among alternative funds service providers, as managers increasingly seek partners able to support them consistently across multiple jurisdictions, from Luxembourg to the Cayman Islands.
