Emilie Boland: Turning The Catwalk Into A Fashion Empire

Miss Luxembourg turned fashion entrepreneur, building an inclusive brand rooted in craftsmanship.

Miss Luxembourg at 23, Emilie Boland turned the runway into a launchpad, founding Bogère and empowering women through inclusive, elegant fashion.

Inspired by her father’s entrepreneurship, she studied management and trained at the Chamber of Commerce before launching Bogère in 2023. “I’ve always had a strong passion for fashion, and seeing my designs come to life and sell out so quickly is a true spark moment for me,” she says. Her brand reflects her values of inclusivity and craftsmanship, offering sizes S to XL and mixing her designs with selected suppliers.

Boland champions local talent, working with Luxembourgish models, makeup artists and photographers, and featuring a trans model in one show. “I launched my label to prove, especially to young people, that they are not just a beautiful face. They have a brain and should use it!”

She hopes her designs help women embrace their bodies. “Many come to me feeling broken or insecure. Seeing them look in the mirror and finally love what they see is the most beautiful reward.”

She plans to expand Bogère across Europe and urges women to pursue their ambitions, crediting her father for teaching her “how not only to start a business but to grow it successfully.”
