Cesar and Henry Fernandez: Simplifying Global Mobility, One Move At A Time

A Luxembourg-based platform simplifying international relocation through digital services and trusted partnerships.

After moving from Honduras to Luxembourg, brothers Cesar and Henry Fernandez turned relocation challenges into opportunities, co-founding MoveMe, a platform helping thousands navigate global moves.

Facing hurdles from administration to housing, they saw a gap. “It made us think, there must be a simpler, digital way to do this!” says Cesar. Motivated by this shared pain, they built MoveMe to make relocation simple and accessible.

Since its launch two years ago, MoveMe has supported 2,000 people and earned recognition: Top 10 in the 2025 Startup World Cup, best business plan at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, selection for the 2026 Fit 4 Start accelerator, and entry to the Benelux Catalyst Program in New York. Expansion into Hungary is underway.

Early challenges included building knowledge and contacts. “Fortunately, Luxembourg’s startup community turned out to be incredibly welcoming,” says Henry. “By actively networking and engaging with every opportunity, we were able to establish ourselves and gain the trust and support that helped MoveMe grow.”

Partnerships with Foyer, POST Finance, POST Telecom and the European Consumer Centre Luxembourg have strengthened the platform. “These partnerships allow us to create a seamless experience for users from day one,” says Cesar. Henry adds: “I hope to see a future where relocating abroad for work or study is no longer a bureaucratic challenge but a seamless and transparent experience.”
